Well done driver of JE11KNS 17/05/2021. Blocked one side of station road in Esher during rush hour meaning people exiting the station could not cross safely, cars could not pass and access to station car park was difficult. Station car park has 20 minutes drop off / pick up free parking - use that!

Terrible service and £200-300 more expensive than local competitors.

I tried using Jeakins to book a coach for a weekend but getting a quote was like getting blood from a stone.

I had to repeatedly chase for replies via email, and had to call the office twice when that didn’t work. The staff on the phone kept saying they were unable to help and I’d have to wait for an email, which caused further delays.

When I finally got a quote they had the nerve to tell me I needed to confirm immediately because the required date was so close. But the delays had been caused entirely by Jeakins.

I called other companies in the area and they were all able to quote within 24hrs and they were all £200-300 cheaper even at short notice.

They damaged our property in Weybridge whilst picking up school children.The driver broke the fence and the surrounding area and never reported it until confronted by one of the parents.He admitted it and when the residents Association spoke with one of the owners called David Jeakins he said that he was too busy to deal with it.Unprofessional and unethical people.They have been reported to the school who use their services.
