Do not trust this woman with your accounts! After she took over my accounting I had nothing but endless letters from HMRC saying I owed them money & threatening me with bailiffs. I kept getting fobbed off by Toni telling me she was dealing with it but after months of letters I spoke to HMRC myself and they had no record of her contacting them at all.
Employed a new accountant elsewhere who managed to sort out the issues with HMRC within 2 days of having the correct paperwork & I didn't owe any money at all.
Also took my accounts in April to do my tax return and only actually did it in November after I told her I was moving to a different accountants
