Jones & Chapman, Greasby what an amazing team and I can’t recommend them enough.
From the moment I met with Claire who valued the house and gave excellent advice, was honest and friendly, I knew I had made the right choice.
It could have potentially been a challenging process as I live in a different part of the country, but Jackie and the wider team made the process stress free. Jackie is very professional, knowledgeable, provided support, is incredibly friendly and approachable. Communication was key and I was kept informed at all stages of the sale.

Both Olivia and James have been extremely helpful throughout my first house hunting journey, Olivia as my estate agent and James as my mortgage advisor.

Nic helped us with our mortgage application and he was amazing. He always went the extra mile for us and made everything feel comfortable. We were very nervous before starting this whole process because we didn’t have a clue what we were doing but he made it very easy for us and explained everything along the way. Nick Cabo was our mortgage advisor. We weren’t totally sure what to expect as we’d been with Hugo Kelly since the very start but Nick was absolutely spot on. When it came time for our mortgage renewal Nick went over absolutely every detail with us. It was clear to see he wanted us to get the best deal possible that suited our circumstances. Something we were very grateful considering the cost of living crisis.
He held off putting our application through with Santander to ensure we got the best interest rate. He is a credit to Jones and Chapman!

I can’t fault the service we've been provided by Jones and Chapman Greasby team and couldn’t recommend them enough.

Claire Cabo valued my house at a very reasonable price (higher than other estate agents had, and it went for just under what she valued at, so she was right to value it higher!) she gave me her number that I could contact her on 24/7. They did not contact me too much - just when necessary.

They knew I wanted to buy, so I needed a quick sale. They had a professional photographer arranged for the next day and my house was online in under 24 hours. Claire and the team worked really hard as they knew I really wanted my house to sell and they arranged 3 viewings before it was even online and my house was snapped up!

They put your house on all the online sites including a tik tok video which really helps.

Then I was appointed to Olivia who took care of us the rest of the way. Olivia is an absolute credit to the team, so professional and a very lovely person. There was some issues with the property we wanted to purchase with another estate agent.. Olivia provided all the support she could with this..even if it was just a chat!

They made it feel like we were talking to friends rather than estate agents, although always remained professional, they have gone above and beyond for us and made what is usually a challenging process stress free.
