Andrew was absolutely amazing on my Prefect Paris trip and was super friendly and always on time. 100% recommend for schools as the seats are comfy and the coach becomes almost perfectly dark at night. Thank you so much, Jaiden.

I hired a coach for my team and I am so glad I choose Jones Coaches. Jason & Dawn were incredible throughout. I had to make many changes, even some on the day, they took it all in their stride and dealt with every problem I had efficiently and with great positivity. Today I travelled down to N Devon and back with students from the 6th Form. I am writing to tell you how impressed I was with your service. I travelled with Chris in your posh execuitive and very comfortable black coach. I was totally impressed with Chris's smooth driving, the way he cared for his passengers (and the coach!) and in particular the way that he negotiated the narrow roads. Tim did equally well. There were individual aspects of the trip to Northern Ireland that were very good, but don't rely on the brochure for what will happen. We never got close to the Mountains of Mourne, the Londonderry walking tour disintegrated due to lack of content and the trip along the Antrim coast was non existence.
The email I received in answer to my appraisal merely attempted to whitewash the complaints rather than deal with the issues.

Thee best coach hire company I've dealt with. Nice to have English dirvers who can understand and communicate with you. From the first call when i enquired about hiring a bus and driver i cant fault Jones coaches. Good with times , very understanding, great prices, friendly staff.. never let me down in the 3 years I've booked with them. Highly recommend. Good for day trips , long away trips, stag & hen party's, football away days & even over night stays. Drivers always so welcoming and friendly.

Absolutely awful!!
My son waits for a college bus twice a week and the bus drives straight past him. This second/third time it’s happened. Absolutely awful to phone to discuss issues with, all they say is they’ll look at there tracking system. I really hate phoning Jones to discuss issues because they aren’t very helpful at all. I’m one very annoyed parent with a son that can’t go to college to study!!

They supplied coaches to take children from Fairfield to London the second coach broke down twice leaving them stranded at Ross shocking that they would send 12 yr old clapped out buses to transport kids this is not our first experience of one of their coaches breaking down whilst transporting our child if the school books there second rate buses for next trip will not allow our child to go not giving them a third chance to mess up and leave kids stuck on one of their buses about time these and yeomans were made to update their fleet or stop providing bus services
