Josh has trained me for the last couple of years. His workouts are varied including both cardio & strength training. He’s motivational & he has great expertise & knowledge. If energy levels are low Josh will happily change the session to accommodate this. He’s really easy to chat to & sessions are always good fun yet challenging. Josh is a great PT, definitely worth the investment.

I have been working with Josh for a few months now, he is great and I feel I have really seen progress towards my goals, even in a relatively short time. I have never been one for going to the gym but I really look forward to my morning sessions with him. Josh is incredibly knowledgable, always explains how an exercise will benefit your workout and is always willing to adapt training to accommodate old injuries or preferences for working out. He is motivating and knows how to get the best out of you, thoroughly recommend!!

Josh is everything you could ever want in a personal trainer and then some. He is kind, encouraging, understanding, non-judgmental and extremely knowledgeable. He explains everything really clearly - like the functionality and practical application and purpose for an exercise - and is adaptable, pushing me when I need it but being gentle when I need that too. My fitness has already improved dramatically just a few weeks in and more importantly he’s helped me to really enjoy working out so the motivation is slowly coming from within. Josh is really a top class trainer and it’s a privilege to be able to use his services. Everyone needs Josh in their life!

I have trained all my life and finally took the decision to invest in some direction via a PT after a recommendation from a physio to try to build upper body strength to correct shoulder alignment issues. For the past few months, Josh has helped with this, as well as my pinching hip issues - adjusting movements and exercises to find what works best to exercise around this, but to target the same muscle groups. I've enjoyed and been tested by each session in equal measure, and delighted to see noticeable results in terms of strength and body shape week on week. Josh is professional, easy to talk to and extremely knowledgeable about training, physiology and sports science all mixed into one. If you need someone to advise you on what and HOW to train to target your own bespoke needs, and feel safe in the knowledge you will be protecting yourself against further injury or aggravation, I would highly recommend Josh.
