I have known Nina for over a decade. During this time I have witnessed her journey flourishing into a skilful and fearless aerial artist and show producer whom I've had the pleasure to work with on many occasions. I have more recently also seen her blossom into a knowledgeable and compassionate parenting coach, starting her own business whilst tirelessly working through a PhD in the parenting and educational fields. I recently had a session with Nina in which we discussed a parenting issue I have been having with one of my teenage children. As a parent to children with neurodiversity I (along with my partner) have developed a number of strategies to help and support them with their development over the years. But this issue had me beat. Nina listened carefully to my difficulty, before asking some delicately probing questions.These were both about how I thought my child might be thinking and feeling during the issue, and how I thought and felt.
Through Nina's calm and gentle guidance I came away from the session with a couple of deeper things to think about and now feel better equipped to deal with the situation should it arise again.
Thank you Nina for your guidance. I would like to recommend that anyone with any parenting difficulties avail themselves of Nina’s skills and talent.
