We used this company for 3-4 years , had a terrible experience using them as a broker . If you have a claim good luck as everything you ask seems to much or a chore for them,
4 claims in 3-4 years only 1 paid out . Some good staff in there but when you get to claims you have to deal with "Adele " who has an attitude from the moment you speak to her . You have to keep pestering them i use that word pester as thats how they make you feel when you have to call for claims information .Good luck to them in the future but my custom will no longer be with you for my fleet policy !

Ive found that the Team were very professional. I was reassured that the cover was correct which made me feel secure and comfortable. Additionally the cost savings were important.

Called to speak with a financial advisor for help with a pension pot... today,The receptionist said no one at Thier desks,obviously no mobile phones.so I couldn't be put through to anyone..found this a bit strange,she did say someone would call me back but she couldn't say when,or how long days,hours,weeks she couldn't say....

As I have work later today and can't take any calls that couldn't happen.
No worries as there are lots of advisors on my list who will want my money and are willing and bothered to take a call from me.

Obviously this company don't need customers or money to keep Thier business afloat....moved on to my next number.
