We had to appeal retrospectively against refused planning for a dormer window. We were very anxious and an architect recommended JR. James was calm and confident, although honest about nothing being guaranteed. Tom prepared a really thorough appeal, with numerous examples illustrated with photographs, lots of reiterations of all possible aspects of our grounds of appeal, all termed very much in planners language. I think no one have done a better job. We did win the appeal.

A Massive Thank you to James and Tom at JR Planning, the Application for 2 houses was a very tricky due to a neighbouring listed building, the council were being very very difficult. The application was spot on and it was passed after a fight and some very cleaver tactics. I cannot recommend James and Tom enough, very very professional and they know there stuff.
