As a mature graduate in Physiotherapy, I approached Julia for help to gain confidence for interviews. It’d been over 20 years since any real interview and an interview shortly after graduating showed that I was very anxious and I experienced ‘brain-fog’, etc, under the pressure of the occasion.
Julia’s help has somewhat enabled me to identify my areas that need(ed) addressing and helped me to look at and answer questions from a different perspective. This also applies to my job application/Personal Statement, etc.
Although I haven’t yet got a job in the sector I have trained for, simply because the vacancies aren’t yet there within the NHS at Trusts local to me, I have got a job since using Julia’s services.

I worked with Julia over 4 sessions - it was my last hurrah to apply into CT1 anaesthetics and I had a month and more to spare to prepare. The sessions were productive, helpful and constructive.

I do have to say that my first impressions were not the best - I felt a little disheartened to be given advice to reconsider applying to anaesthetics. But I continued anyway as I really needed the coaching and practice.

Really paid off - To my surprise I am ranked 35th among the applicants, and got my top choice job. Scored 90 out 100.

Would recommend for anyone needing more interview coaching and preparation - I think I would certainly seek more coaching in the future if I need to apply to future jobs!
