Kelly was great, she was able to get me a mortgage offer in less than two days after I finalised with her which option I want. She explained everything very clearly. She was even able to get me a lender which offered 30k more than what other brokers confirmed that I could get. Although in the end, I did not go for that product after discussing the options with her. She has access to a wide range of lenders and she would make sure that you get the best offer. From first point of contact to getting the mortgage offer, it took less than a week. It would probably have been faster if I was quick to respond. Thank you Kelly.
