Dan was really helpful and starting with the telephone call yesterday and the meeting today he made me feel at ease and i felt I could ask him anything to do with the mortgage etc then he would break things down and explain it in a way to easily understand. We've got to get some information ready for next week but he reassured me if there's anything I'm unsure of then feel free to contact him and he'll happily help. Dan has got that personal touch where he wants to get to know a bit about the person he's helping. I'd be more than happy to recommend just mortgages to anyone and point them in Dan's direction.
