Jack was brilliant, and the process of obtaining planning permission and Listed Building Consent was all taken care of by him. This even included organising bat surveys when they were randomly requested by the council. From my initial phone call with Jack at JW Architectural studio, he has been extremely helpful and has taken all of the stress and concerns out of applying for planning permission. Jack came for an intial inspection of the property and listened to my ideas, concepts and thoughts and pushed them to a different level. All of my concerns were immediately removed just from that first conversation with Jack. Jack has submitted the planning for the extension and supplied me with a 3D render of the property to help my neighbours and the planners visualise the extension.
