I wanted to say a massive 'thank you' to Sue and her wonderful team, including Ellie, Nia, Jess and Lydia, for helping make the selling of my late mum's home, as easy as possible.
They put lots of hours into finding prospective buyers for her much loved, niche flat and they kept me constantly updated with viewings, feedback and finally with the news of a sale.
This has been, the most upsetting time, but the girls at Karl Tatler, couldn't have been better and I am extremely grateful.

We sold our house through Tatler in Little Sutton and are in the process of purchasing a house from Tatler in Greasby. Absolutely totally professional service. Everything was carefully explained and we were hand held by Nia from the first viewing to the Sale Agreed. Extremely professional service all the way through. I was so impressed with Karl Tatler. Nothing was too much trouble for Lydia who dealt with the sale of our property. Lydia kept all of her colleagues as well as ourselves in the loop almost on a daily basis. Always on hand for any queries or Advice. Our house sold in only 4 weeks. I approached Karl Tatler 's Greasby branch with a view to purchasing in the local vicinity, as a first time buyer. I immediately received a very professional customer focus from Ellie and Lydia who provided me with up to date and new instructions tailored to my requirements. I have just had an offer accepted and, being a first time buyer, they are making it a smooth experience. I have been impressed by Anthony their Mortgage advisor, also extremely professional and customer focused.
