I cannot rave highly enough about my online image consultation session with Kate on Tuesday. I booked the session as I had lost a lot of confidence in how I wanted to dress and what colours to wear and having recently lost quite a bit of weight my wardrobe was crying out for help!
Kate is SO lovely, warm, enthusiastic and fun to talk to and as soon as our session started I knew I was going to get so much out of it. I found it all fascinating and Kate has a brilliant way of coming up with wonderful analogies that made me really understand the concept and what I am wanting to achieve when it comes to my clothes. I honestly gained so much from it, from understanding my shape and how to dress to suit it, to the colours that I look fabulous in, and we even touched on some good old self esteem matters - I really felt Kate understood where I was at and was totally committed to getting me to where I wanted to be. I would recommend booking a session with her to anyone needing just that bit of help or even reassurance - you really will get so much out of it and won't regret it. Kate is amazing!

I first went to see Kate do a 'talk' at a charity event at the end of last year where she asked us to bring in a piece of clothing that we liked but deep down knew didn't suit us. I brought in this dress that I was given and loved but I knew that the shape and colour were not me. Kate went through the dress with me and told me what I could do to make 'it work' and also told me the style and colours that suited my figure and skin tone. I have since been back to see Kate talk at other events and I walk away each time learning something new. Kate has fantastic knowledge and knows exactly what she is talking about and I would highly recommend anyone to go and see her - you will walk away feeling confident and a million dollars!

Although I’m sure that the experience would have been even more fun in real life, the conversation felt like sitting down with a good friend I’d known for years who pointed out that brown drop waist dresses were really not my thing!
