After having several quotes and assessments, Kerelaw were miles ahead of the competition in terms of identifying the problem accurately and recommending a solution with clarity and assurance. They were able to pinpoint the issue saving us literally thousands of pounds of needless work recommended by other companies.

I contacted Kerelaw after getting sick of seeing the signs of damp on my property walls and as the company most local to me, I contacted them without knowing much about their services. I have been extremely impressed by the level of professionalism shown by the surveyor and the team who conducted the work in my flat. They should real care in keeping the place in tidy and were very considerate throughout. Would highly recommend.

Contacted Kerelaw Preservation after a recommendation from a friend. The surveyor came by to take a look, and he took time to explain in some detail what the problem was. (This was in direct contrast to another company I contacted, who left me none the wiser, and wanted £600 more for the same job.) The chap who carried out the work made an excellent job of it. He was very pleasant, and left the place as clean as is possible when walls are being knocked down.

I would have no hesitation in using this company again. Only downside was that I had to wait quite a while before they could fit me in, but my issue wasn't urgent so it wasn't a huge deal.
