Had a stressful experience with this solicitor due to poor professionalism, communication, and information on a home purchase. Constantly had to chase my solicitor for updates. Response and resolution timescales were non-existent. The situation worsened when I raised concerns; they became defensive and uncooperative. Fortunately, they didn't charge me. If I could give Kerr Stirling ten stars I would! The best, most professional and knowledgeable solicitors I have had the pleasure of dealing with in Scotland.
