I would highly recommend Kerry as a coach! I came into my sessions feeling stuck - I had been seeing a counsellor, but I felt done talking about the past, and I was ready to make changes in the present. Kerry has really gotten to the heart of my issues through a mixture of mother-daughter therapy and general/career coaching. She validates my struggles, whilst also showing me how to draw upon those experiences to get unstuck and find solutions. She recommends lots of resources, and she always gives you a small task or piece of "homework" to keep your mind ticking over between sessions so that you don't feel too adrift. We have some fantastic conservations - each session is worth its weight in gold! I have learnt a lot about myself, and I've begun to move into a career that I am excited about thanks to coaching. Kerry is a lovely lady and amazing at what she does - don't hesitate! 🙂

After taking the daunting first step into searching for a life coach, I found Kerry who I felt was very much on my wavelength of life. She is incredibly knowledgeable and professional about her work and with life as a whole. It's very clear Kerry cares passionately about her clients growth and development and truly wants to bring the best out of them. I recently contacted Kerry for some Mother Daughter Coaching. I wasn’t sure what to expect, I just knew that I wanted to understand the relationship between my mum and me and the reason I was so attached to her.

All I can say is the whole process has been transformational for me. I've definitely been on a journey that has not only helped me understand my mums relationship with her own mother but it’s also helped me understand the reasons why she has parented the way she has and also where I have become the line of change parenting in a completely different style to my mum. It’s also helped me to view my mum through softer eyes and be far less judgemental. I highly recommend Kerry as a Mother- Daughter Coach.

I couldn’t recommend anyone better to go to for life coaching!

I started my sessions with Kerry a little time after finishing some counselling, and I won’t lie I was apprehensive at first as I wasn’t sure how it would work coming straight from my counselling, but I actually think it worked well taking what I discovered during counselling and then going into the life coaching as things all began to link and fall into place and I was making a real turn on how to look at the world and myself in a new light.

I learnt so much about myself, how I see the world, who I am and what I stand for, and Kerry helped me work through things in such a kind, patient and understanding way. Every session, whether it was laughs or tears, I left feeling positive, like I knew myself that little bit more. The sessions were always a safe space and I felt very at ease when sharing things. I took away a lot from these sessions, and I find myself referring to them on a regular basis. They helped me rediscover some of my lost passions and I am enjoying my new outlook on life.

I would highly recommend life coaching sessions with Kerry to anyone who is ready to come face to face with themselves and strengthen your own relationship with yourself!
