We are local to Belper and chose Killingworth and Parrot to help us with all legal matters when we sold our property, they were significantly cheaper than the estate agents suggested solicitors and didn't waste any time on getting on with the job in hand.

Throughout the whole process they were curtious and professional with regular updates and always friendly conversations had with all members of staff. We found them to be level headed and knowledgeable at all times.

With it being local too we could easily pickup and drop off paperwork quickly which is an added bonus when selling a house especially if you want a speedy process.

Excellent service, compared to other conveyancing I've had in the past. They fully embrace email!! unlike some solicitors, and respond very promptly to any questions. There were potential wrinkles with selling a flat in an old people's home. K&P handled it all well, getting all the documents as needed.
