We hired a bus through to Aberdeen for a ladies day at the start of the year. The driver Gibby was friendly, professional and very helpful and the vehicle provided was spotless. Would highly recommend.

Unfortunately phoned regarding a issue I was having with the school bus leaving before it’s said time to be shouted at and told my son needs to get out of bed earlier and when I said I had proof he was there before the said time I got shouted at more and commenting more on my parenting and how am to blame even though I have proof my son was there before the time cause I have messaging from him
Before the time saying he missed the bus asking for a run and myself phoning before the time to ask why the bus has left. To then be hung up on rudely.

Utter shambles. Cancelled a booking for 50 people 2 days before the event. Has been booked for months. Citing a shortage of drivers which is utterly ludicrous - don’t take bookings you can’t honour. Joke of a company won’t be using them again. Now having to pay through the nose for alternative transport. Zero understanding or sympathy from the company either. avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

Very poor driver for school bus. Company not interested despite many complaints. Tried to run my daughter and her friend off the road whilst riding their horses. Should not be on the road.

An absolute disgrace of company. Let a group of 40 plus people down with 48 hours notice leaving us having to spend significant amounts of money on alternative transportation and no care shown at all or attempt to sort the situation. Wouldn't trust them to ride a bike let alone drive a bus. Maybe someone needs to give them some coaching on to how to manage a booking diary. Shambles.

If I could leave a 0 star review I would. Had a bus booked in March for this weekend to be told 48hours before they’re no longer taking us. 49 people let down by this company and no sympathy or compensation. Disgusting.

Absolute disgrace of a company. Left a group of 49 of us high and dry for an event with 48 hours notice. Unsympathetic, and resulted in our event being ruined. Would give a 0 star review if I could.

Awful service. Cancelled at last minute leaving us in limbo with no other option of travel. This issue should have been spotted weeks ahead of time and not left us in limbo last minute. Do not use if you’d like coach to actually arrive.
