We used Kitsons as our solicitors in Feb - Aug 2023 to purchase a house in Exeter. After dealing with a few different members of staff to get an accurate quote, we settled with them and were assigned Jasmine T and Jenna. Jasmine was able to answer calls when we had questions, whereas Jenna did more of the final paperwork. Quite a lot of chasing was required, so be proactive if you go with them. They responded well and kept up with the pace we required. Jenna worked well with the estate agent (Fraser & Wheeler) and kept them informed of our progress. Would recommend, just be proactive.
