Unprofessional manner used by the Driving Consultants. Booked upon a 4 day week to be ghosted upon asking for a starting time on the allotted work position. Leaving me and my family without the ability to take on other work that's been offered elsewhere.

They think it's okay to leave people hanging for the week. Furthermore they are constantly changing start times throughout the day, this disturbing a night drivers rest period in the day due to calls and texts. This makes you conscious upon trying to rest on what changes are being made and possibly waking up late. Also waking up to find you have been cancelled and messing up ones sleep patterns, totally unfair.

Had to give 3 weeks notice to receive incorrect holiday pay. No other agency requires so much notice for booking holidays, it's so ridiculous.

As a whole, I think that KPI should give their workers some respect as we are the bread and butter of the company. The worker is never in the right and left hanging. No doubt that KPI will respond with something pointing them back in a positive as they are never incorrect.

KPi are excellent in the first few weeks of working with them, given. But after this period it's certainly not good going forward.
