KT’s provided a rail replacement bus for my train yesterday. The driver was excellent, really patient with my two children and got us there in good time even though it was mostly country roads. The coach was clean and comfortable too.

Brilliant service, no one likes a rail replacement service however the driver was superb and on time a real credit to the company. I don't leave reviews for transport companies usually however in this instance I had to. Very good service and professional driver. (evening of 14th Feb 2024 hellifield to Lancaster)

Use KTs every year for airport transport for major international Buddhist festival. This year approx 1150 passengers to or from Manchester to Ulverston and 28 coaches. Absolutely faultless service, brilliant very professional drivers, great customer service and attention to detail. Superb management. Cannot praise this company highly enough. They always deliver.

We used this company to get our wedding guests back from the venue near milnthorpe back to Kendal. They came three times to pick up lots of guests slightly worse for wear after lots of drinking and dancing. The drivers were patient, calm and prompt for every run, it made a massive difference to the evening. Also the organisation was easy, with clear and helpful communication from the start. Prices were reasonable- thank you!

Very good company our guests really liked the idea of everyone travelling together. Arrived on time and also at our venue on time. Coach was clean and tidy.

My daughter goes to Kendal college. And gets picked up from the college and goes home to Shap. But on Friday the driver forgot to stop and dropped her off at Penrith Station. Left her stranded. Forcing me to get her a taxi home . No apologies nothing

Got rail replacement bus from ulverston station at 4 o’clock this evening I just got home at 5.30 after having to get my husband to collect me as a bus driver ignored road closed signs on On holker mosses continued to drive and got bus stuck and then suggested everyone ring anyone they could to come and collect them because they was going to be there for a long time as they had just tarmacced road ,poor service Northern rail need not to use KT coaches.There was a sign at junction of A590.
