Do not, under any circumstance, apply to work for Kubrick Group. They offered me a job and made me wait 1.5 years to 'start' as they kept on delaying my start date. I signed my contract and left my previous role to start here, only to terminate my, and the whole cohort's contract 6 days before the start date. They were incredibly unprofessional regarding my application with stalled updates as to why my start date got initially delayed and gave me false assurance on my start date twice. When they called to explain the contract termination, they didn't bother to check their information as they spoke to me as if I didn't even sign a contract with them; their unprofessionalism across the recruitment team and HR is abysmal. They have left many jobless and financially insecure, highly recommend skipping them out.

Terrible. As a client, the current cohort have the technical ability of a £10 Udemy course but are charged out at £400/day+. Pre pandemic they had some half decent talent but they've scaled up too quickly and have some real garbage consultants sitting around on the bench. Relationship managers couldn't care less, just interested in getting them off their payroll. Consultants couldn't care less as Kubrick treat them like trash.
