Two cars booked in at 3pm. Told it would take 2-2.5 hours. Said if they were finished before we were back they would call us. No phone call! We returned after 2 hours 20 mins to find it locked up and everyone gone. We had no way of getting home so had to get someone to come and pick us up. We returned the next morning to be told he had called us but it had gone straight to voicemail. My phone does not have voicemail! So he lied. He went to get the keys and gave them to my husband even though i had been talking to him and i had paid. No apology was given. Appalling service

I needed an MOT last minute and had a bunch of questions, the team was absolutely brilliant, especially Chris. They gave me loads of helpful info, were super reassuring and managed to squeeze me in quickly. Communication was spot on throughout and they really worked around my schedule. Came here as a new motability customer.
Matt was extremely patient and understanding. He explained everything to me, fixed my tyre quickly and then explained how I can bring my car in anytime for assistance, service etc.
A really nice guy and a fantastic team member.
In fact, very happy with Hertford KwikFit all round. Returned recently to get tyre pressure sorted and Jacob did it very quickly for me

We had exceptional service, we popped into Kwik Fit Hertford on the off chance, not having an appointment, my tyres where low on air which was done straight away, a new windscreen wiper needed, to be replaced, they ordered it and by the time we where about to leave it had arrived and was fitted. Excellent Service thank you so much. I would highly recommend Kwik Fit - Hertford.

Booked a break check because of a loud noise from the rear of my car.
I was told it was a graphite build up on the heat shield, and I should take it to a main dealer. The next day my breaks ceased with my granddaughter in the vehicle. Had to be recovered to my local garage, where on inspection one caliper was ceased solid and my brake pads were metal on metal. This was shown to me.
Thanks Kwikfit, could have ended very badly for myself and my granddaughter.
Best of all, I gave the guy a tenner for looking.
Only gave 1 star because I couldn't give none
