Jacquie Latham works hard for her clients. Don't be put off by her brisk manner, it's just her makeup. She isn't rude, but she is straight to the point. She won't give you a flowery point of view and to be honest, once you get to know her a while, you'll respect her for it. Jacquie fought for me and I ended up with a good result. A tough lady who goes above and beyond.

Came here looking for professional help in the fight to see my son. Had previously heard that Jackie herself isn't a fan of fathers to begin with however decided to ignore that matter but infact couldn't be more true. Was asked to leave by Jackie because I couldn't provide my life times and dates for the next year because of my job, the time, money and distance I was travelling to see my son (1200 miles). Jackie found this "bad attitude" towards seeing my son. Left this lawyers in an emotionally worst state then what I went in with.

Just gave this solicitors a call for an update concerning some information and was absolutely shocked at the manner of the individual who answered. They spoke very aggressively and wouldn't allow me to ask what I wanted saying 'good bye' to me with a very harsh tone wanting to get off of the phone before I'd even finished my sentence. I've never experienced such rude customer service. Is this how they deal with clients? I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
