I put a claim in with Law Together LLP as I was referred by the National Accident Helpline however everyone was brilliant until I was assigned to a solicitor ‘Michelle Dawn Artus’ every time I’d try to speak to Michelle regarding my claim she was always snappy and moody (probs going through a midlife crisis or something) anyhow my claim was settled in the end I got what I wanted however wasn’t given the option by Michelle to negotiate a 2nd offer with the insurance company but hey ho still got a decent amount! Would I recommend this firm to anyone? Nope. Why? Because of the way Michelle was with me throughout my whole time.

I had an accident at work, my employer was being very disrespectful and difficult and made it impossible for me to return, so I decided to make a claim. I was deciding what company to chose when I cam across Law together and I rang them, the process was very simple and they were all very happy to help, I was very happy with my decision and was very happy with the my case worker Rachel she was both understanding and very professional.

Alice took all my details and information on my case during a lengthy phone call, sent paperwork asking me to sign it all, then...nothing. They ignore emails, obviously not taking my case on but to not even tell me is just terrible communication and ignorant. Completely avoid them.

I can’t recommend Ansa of Law Together highly enough. She was incredibly patient and thorough throughout the entire process of my case, taking the time to explain every detail clearly, ensuring I understood. What really stood out was her dedication as she went above and beyond, calling me outside of office hours to ensure we could discuss important matters at length and at a time that suited me. Ansa stayed in contact with me via email and phone calls and made sure I was up to date the whole time. Her professionalism and genuine care for my case made a stressful situation much easier to handle.
