Can anyone see a departure time for the Blackpool illuminations trip? No? Neither can I,or any one else on the coach..we left Darlington at 11am arriving Blackpool 2 pm..had to be back on the coach for the return journey at 6.30pm,on the dot..that’s a total of 6 hours travelling time.to spend 4.30 hours in Blackpool?.had I known at the time of booking ( for 11) people,I would not have booked, when I asked for a refund I was told they would fone me back, hence no phone calls or emails from them.to say there was a coach full of extremely dissatisfied people is an understatement..
So review is,poor people service.poor integration, just seamed to want money and be done with it..unhelpful,and a pure waste of money for that short time,,I can’t see myself or my friends using lees coaches for the foreseeable future..rating minus 5

I've been on 5 day trips with Lee's so far this year and number 6 tomorrow. Always reliable, a lovely coach, and with a friendly driver. Great value for money.

Have used them for a few years as a school bus service for my 3 kids. They looked after them as if they were there own. The kids all loved their drivers plus. As kids do we had a few phones saved and returned when they left them on the bus. Amazing company with amazing friendly staff.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
we have been on a bus trip today and well what can I say absolutely shocking service. Broke down 32 mile away from Manchester was told it was the air for the brakes etc. Told it would take a hour to get another bus 3 hours later we got moving after admitting after 2 hours the bus hadn't even set off yet. This then meant the trip had to be cut short. The attitude of the driver was unprofessional and darn right rude to alot of people. Pulled the bus away when a older woman hadn't even sat on her seat and generally spoke to people like they weren't worth anything. He dropped everyone off on Coulton Road which was away from the city centre and you could honestly tell he hates he's job. Please avoid this company as it will save you alot of time sitting in service stations. This isn't the first time this has happened they also had us all sat in a services for 2.5 hours on the way to Blackpool.

I have used Lees Coaches for 5 yrs.
The drivers are polite and down to earth.
Journey times are reasonable.
The Doric Hotel is clean, meals are nice.
Bus is comfy . Toilet is too cramped sorry.
Holiday price is fair.
Would be better if the coach set off for home slightly later. For last minute shopping .

Booked a coach with enterprise and got a call from Lee's 6 days prior to wedding for them to say they're short on drivers baring in mind this was booked well in advance. Utterly disappointing service and no support from either side of the companies AVOID this company like the plague. Thankfully I sorted travel with Stanley coaches and had to pay an extra 160 also.... Annoyed is an under statement.
