Business planning is as critical as financial planning so to be able to have support with this vital pillar of your business is extremely beneficial.
Lesley provided a business planning group workshop that stressed all elements for putting together a plan from where you want to be at the end of the year to the significant KPI's that will allow you to simply keep focus on your goals. Equally important there was a 121 follow-up, after a month to ensure points were understood and the plan had been formulated.
Having a business plan is a discipline and having Lesley alongside provides reassurance that you are able to achieve it. I recommend you give Lesley a try.

I cannot recommend Lesley enough. After having a bit of an overwhelming first year, she has really helped me gain clarity, direction and focus on how I want to move my business forward. It really helps you look with a different view and come up with ideas that would not appear on their own.
