Lex Block Management have provided a comprehensive management service for the last 2 years to the apartment owners at Swinford Old Hall a Grade 2 Listed Georgian apartment block in Oldswinford Stourbridge.

All aspects of day to day maintenance, fire safety and future planned works are included in the management plan as is competitive building insurance and owner’s liability cover.

The service has been very professional and responsive to needs with a dedicated qualified property surveyor allocated to support the owners day to day .
