We’ve worked with Carl Davies at Lexion Mortgage Advisors since early 2024 and couldn’t recommend him more highly. He originally helped us secure a mortgage for an inherited property in need of vast renovations and supported us with debt consolidation.

When our plans unexpectedly changed—expecting our daughter and deciding not to take on a big renovation—Carl was patient, understanding, and never pushy. He encouraged us to get back in touch when we were ready.

By March this year, we’d found our new home, and Carl quickly secured us a great mortgage (whilst I’m on maternity leave) and life insurance too. He’s been kind, calm, and supportive throughout, making the whole process so much easier.

Mike has been our FA for both of our house moves and has always been great at getting us the best mortgage deals and life insurance deals.
Can always get hold of him and always answers your questions fully. Nothing is too much trouble. Will always recommend and if we move again (hopefully not) we would definitely go back to Mike and Lexion.
