We used LHL Group for a home buyers report. Ian was tremendously knowledgeable and friendly. As first time buyers we had a lot of questions but he really took the time to explain everything in detail. We ended up using the report to negotiate on the asking price so it was well worth the cost. All in all, we found LHL Group to be reliable, professional and efficient. Would definitely recommend.
