**A quick update - I recently used the hypnosis training to do my first ever group session whilst coaching at a mens retreat. I did a session on confidence to a room of 10 men and the feedback was fantastic. I did not initially come to the Life Practice specifically for hypnosis training, but it's become a really valuable tool in my kit and clients have found it to be a real game-changer in their coaching sessions.
