I can highly recommend Paul Ince of LikeMind Media. I first heard Paul speak at a networking event and then attended a two day course on using Social Media which he ran for the Digital Growth Programme. He had an audience ranging in age from 25 to 66 and made us all feel that no matter what our experience of social media was he was talking to us in language that we could understand.
