I gave 5 stars as I couldn't give 6. If I could sum up Richard and Lime in 3 words, it would be thorough, trustworthy and reliable.

Since first speaking with Richard over 2 years ago, we have developed a great working relationship. He has gone above and beyond his role as a franchise consultant by advising, mentoring and lending an ear when life gets a little overwhelming.

As a business owner, I understand the importance of accepting responsibility for the good, bad and ugly decisions but with a trustworthy advisor by my side, I now have a lot more courage in my convictions.
