I cannot recommend this company highly enough. They definitely deserve a 5 star review.

They are small, family-run, and very much focused on getting things right for the customer. Top marks for service.

I had almost zero knowledge of solar systems at they outset, but they guided me through the whole process of ordering and installation. Each member of the team was effective, and took obvious pride in what they were doing. I felt one could trust what they were saying throughout.

Rob was very helpful in specifying a system for our particular requirements, explaining choices of components, and patiently dealing with queries. Hannah was immensely efficient and friendly in dealing with arrangements and logistics. Jonathan was plainly very experienced with roof installations, and the electrical team (Jamie, Stuart, Martin and others) were extremely helpful, considerate and efficient in setting everything up in the house.

Inevitably, some issues arose during the project, but the team dealt with them well, explaining things clearly and making sure that points were resolved fully. There was a final glitch with commissioning the system app, and I was amazed at how rapidly they got it sorted.

I'm now looking forward to making good use of the Give Energy solar system which they installed.

Their quote was not the cheapest, but I believe they've provided excellent value for money.

Brilliant service from start to finish. Very happy with the installation and functioning of my heat pump. When you get quotes from companies, do ask about costs for replacing radiators etc. This was all included in Limitless Energy's quote.

When I decided to upgrade our ancient gas-based hot water and central heating system, I wanted to engage a local company to install an air source heat pump. Limitless Energy gave me confidence from the start that they could design a system to suit our old stone-built end of terrace house. That confidence proved to be well-placed. The work was completed ahead of schedule and within the estimate. Their workmen were faultless - courteous, tidy, capable and methodical, and willing to take on board any suggestions I made as to how the work should be carried out. They obviously took pride in their work and were a pleasure to have in our home for two weeks. Importantly, the Mitsubishi Ecodan system they have installed is backed by an international company who have a manufacturing base in the UK and who offer a good guarantee backed up by spare parts availability. All in all, a very positive experience from this Swansea-based company.

Excellent service, competitive price and very flexible. We are very happy we chose Limitless, the team were very professional. We didn't have a seamless installation (no fault of Limitless) but they worked with us to solve the issue and worked around our timelines to get the job completed. The team walked me through the new system (solar and battery), set my apps, phoned the inverter provider to resolve app issues. Since the install they have also provided assistance on various features with the Tesla app and recommended Tariffs to make the most of the new system. Highly recommended!

Limitless Energy fitted a new bank of solar panels, a 10KW battery and new inverter and additional items to go alongside my existing similar system fitted by another company. They worked their way through multiple communication issues between systems and even chased up breakdowns on the old system including sorting out a replacement faulty battery which took many months to come and didn't chase me for full payment until the job was completely finished. They provided a whole suite of documents and certificates. The installation engineers were Brilliant and worked hard and were very trustworthy and the business owners Rob and Hannah were absolutely immense throughout. I'm so pleased that once a suitable compatible micro wind turbine system is identified I'll be getting limitless back to install. Rarely do you find a contractor who are this brilliant to work with. A real Gem of a company

An amazing service. I had a problem with my solar panels (fitted by another company). I contacted Hannah at Limitless Energy and was soon visited by Stuart who assessed the situation and identified the problem. Within two weeks Stuart returned with a new inverter and within a couple of hours the panels were generating again. From start to finish the service was friendly, professional and the resolution timely. I highly recommend this company

A very good experience with Rob and his team. 6kw Solar and battery storage system installed in the house. Initial information pack provided clear and accurate description of the system and its potential. Clear payment structure. Small technical issues during install were quickly rectified and communicated. Handover pack at the end of the install provided useful information for maintenance going forward. A excellent system which provides an even ambient temperature throughout our (large) house. As a replacement for a solid fuel system it is clean quiet and efficient. The installation was efficient and minimally disruptive. A very professional team. All costs were clear up front and there weren’t any hidden extras. All work was completed on time and as promised. Definitely would recommend Rob & co. We now use green electricity through Octopus and have made significant savings compared with our previous supplier. Total energy costs for the year likely to be down at least 10% on previous years.
