I honestly had a great experience with my surveyor James Andrews. We had issues with gaining access due to the homeowner purposely restricting the surveyor from going in. James contacted me and the estate agents letting us know and was more than happy to come on a day that suited everyone once the issue had been sorted.

Extremely Poor service.... I used this company Surveyor named James Andrew to complete a full building survey and valuation of a property. Following completion we identified substantive live woodworm that Mr Andrew had failed to identify during the survey.

We have attempted to complain and requested that Llewellyn Humphries compensate us by utilising what we assumed would be a comprehensive insurance policy, but we have largely been ignored and palmed off.

I strongly recommend that you do not use this company for the completion of any survey work as it would seem they are both slap dash and do not back up their service with comprehensive insurance that willl pay out in the event of any issues. We certainly feel like we ight as well not have bohered with a survey at all, given the poor service and subsequent response from this company.

Happy to take your money.....Not so happy to deal with issues when things go wrong.
