My PC wouldn't turn on, called Local IT Solutions and Steve took it in that day and identified it was the PSU that needed replacing. Sorted a replacement and had it up and running within 5 days.
There were some lingering issues from the PC's construction that Steve also identified and fixed quickly and efficiently. Would highly recommend Local IT Solutions for PC repairs.

Excellent service and expertise. They sorted out everything for moving out email accounts from Google to Microsoft with no major issues, even though some of the emails contained a huge amount of data. My computer died a few days before I was due to start a new job. I work remotely and this would have really scuppered my ability to work effectively or at all. I made one call to Local IT Solutions and they helped me find a suitable alternative to my iMac. They saved & downloaded all my data, documents, photos, etc. and set me up with a temporary replacement to get me back up and running again within 24hrs!

This isn't the first time that Stephen and the his team have helped us out of a sticky situation, and I'm sure it won't be the last. They are a busy but effective set of specialists offering sound advice often with plenty of options. They also have extensive technical skills which are backed up by fantastic customer support.

I had a problem with a PC build that wouldn't get past POST. Unable to narrow down the location of the problem I gave IT Solutions a call. Steve was extremely helpful. He examined the PC and located the fault to be the Motherboard. Ordered and replaced Motherboard and set up the PC with all drivers and Window updates. He kept me informed at every step. Cannot recommend his services more highly.
