The worst council ever. I've received a PCN for making furniture delivery to a school during the restrictions hours because of that school. I try to appeal, they aknowledge that it was imposibble to avoid the time slot and to deliver the furniture without to enter the street and saw all the evidence but the answer was that the sign says Permit Holder Only, and I was supposed to not enter.

Disgusting council. Due to a moment of feeling faint and getting water from a shop I have been charged with a Β£160 ticket. This should genuinely be a crime. With everything going on in the country, robbing people of money like this should be criminalised.

Hopeless parking permit service. Forcing you to use an online only service that doesn't work. I simply need to make payment, yet I'm consistently presented with a server error. No ability to talk to anyone. Explored the option to book a "face to face" meeting, but the only appointments are 2 months out. What a tragic waste of resources this department represents.

appealed because they fined me for not paying for parking when the only parking sign was super far away from where i parked. I checked for signs around me before I left my car to make sure I didnt have to pay and saw nothing nearby. Appeal rejected because they apparently think one sign on a long stretch of road is enough. Pathetic.

Confusing road markings appeal. Just got automatically rejected. Next time I'm going to click one of their appeal box options regardless. The second you click other, I suspect you just get automatically rejected.

When did it become acceptable for people to get such large fines for such minor offences? In my case 3 days of fines for having a wheel blocking a drop down. No double yellows or other road markings to say you can't park there. But there was double yellows on the opposite side of the road. So I assumed my side was fine.

Absolute joke of a service. Took 4 months for them to cancel a PCN. I was a victim of plate cloning and had received a parking charge. Reached out countless times to have the charges dropped with proof that it was not me and it was rejected each time. It was so difficult to get anyone to pick up the phone or reply to my emails. They then threatened me with bailiffs. I got in touch with a human finally for them to tell me they had received my proof months ago but one of the worker hadn’t scrolled down enough on my email to see it Managed to get the charges dropped but only MONTHS down the line.
