Our 2nd time staying at Hilton on Park Lane and the first time since the refurb. From the moment you step inside the foyer, you are greeted by exceptional customer service. From the offer of a drink as you check in to the friendly check-in staff. Super quick lifts and we were treated to a room on the 19th floor overlooking the city which was superb! Thunderstorm after we arrived back from watching Moulin Rouge (walkable distance) and the lightning streaking across the sky was fantastic to watch. Cynthia in the breakfast room was lovely and couldn't do enough for us. The concierge (from Newcastle) was super friendly and we enjoyed a chat. And was lovely to see the doorman we remembered from our last visit still in residence. We will be back!

Service is professional, and the dining options, especially the rooftop bar, add to the experience. A great choice for a stylish and memorable stay in London.

I had an outstanding experience with the room cleaning service during my stay at the hotel. The cleaning staff Mr RAHI, especially the young man assigned to my room, was exceptional. He was not only thorough in his cleaning but also very attentive to details. my room was spotless, and he always made sure to replenish supplies and arrange everything perfectly. His friendly demeanor and willingness to accommodate special requests truly made my stay enjoyable. I would rate him a 5 out of 5 for his professionalism and dedication. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

The hotel was beautiful. The suite was spacious and had an excellent view. The entire guest services team went the extra mile. Abi in particular made checking in a breeze and also helped me secure a dinner reservation. Even though I only stayed for one night, the entire team went the extra mile to make sure my experience was memorable. One of the best executive lounges I have encountered in my travels.

HILTON PARK LANE RECEPTION||It seems somewhat odd to be writing about a receptionist rather than the hotel itself, but Adriana is worthy of mention simply because she made our checking in all the more welcome.||My wife and I decided to have an overnight stay In London as we were celebrating my wife’s’ birthday with dinner at a restaurant in Mayfair. We chose the Hilton due to its proximity.||When we arrived, there was a queue to check in, but we were eventually looked after by Adriana Faur. She took a little time in finding us a room, but explained that she was trying to upgrade us due to it being a special occasion. She managed to find a room on the 19th floor which she said would hopefully find favour; but invited us to return later to ascertain whether a ‘better’ room became available. ||When we returned, she was busily trying to appease a quest who simply could not be placated and was bordering on rude. Adriana maintained her composure whilst still managing to smile, and eventually left the customer somewhat satisfied.||When she turned to me, her natural helpful manner continued and she informed me that she had found an executive room, but on a much lower floor. She said we were welcome to look at it, but felt that the room on the 19th floor would suit us better. On the basis of her advice, we remained where we were and found the room perfectly adequate for our needs, and with a wonderful view. She also arranged for a small cake to be sent to our room.||I also ought to mention the manager at the Revery bar who looked after us very well to ensure that we started the evening in the right spirit!||However, the reason for writing is that it is impressive to find someone so capable of remaining calm and cheerful when faced with a ‘demanding’ customer and a long queue. The pressure is real, and enormous. I understand Adriana is an assistant reception manager, but she clearly has the potential to go much further.||CS

Hotel is pretty good and rooms are nice. It took me over 35 minutes to do my check in because the reception (even though there was lots of staff) could not handle the people that were there. Digital check in did not work either.
Executive lounge is nice, but it was very very crowded during afternoon tea.

The location is okay but bear in mind parking is a bit costly. We paid £40 for about 6 hours. If you’re using a taxi GREAT!

The property itself is gorgeous! Went there for a gala and it was beautiful!!

Food was okay, not great but it was very well plated.

Staff were friendly and seemed eager to assist.

One of my best business hotels given its proximity to most offices in Mayfair. Very functional room with everything readily available. What makes this hotel a repeat for me is the superb service at the desk. My experience with the incredible staff such as Abi who genuinely prioritised my check in when he knew I was late for a meeting and needed to ready myself, despite the hotel being overbooked. That's the type of experience that makes one want to come back. Well done to the hilton for hiring and keeping excellent staff always ready to welcome people with a smile
