On Thursday of last week I needed to clear my loft space in preparation of the installation of Solar Panels that coming Monday and whilst doing that I discovered a large section of the roofing felt had come away from the underside of the tiles. Panic mode immediately set in. I went online Friday morning to seek out local roofing companies to see if anyone could help me and that was when I came across Looe Roofing Experts. Within a few minutes of contacting Ben, he got back to me and arranged to come up to see me on the Friday lunchtime. When Ben and Derek arrived, Ben immediately surveyed the damage and presented me with a number of common sense options to consider. As the roof tiles were in good order we decided to completely replace all the roofing felt including that on the elevation that would support the solar panels. That was the easy bit, my main concern was the fact it was Friday and the solar guys were coming on the following Monday so Ben decided to give up his Sunday to replace the felt on the elevation for the solar panels enabling that work to go forward on Monday. Ben and Derek arrive early Sunday morning and worked solidly right through the day to Sunday evening and carried out a first class profession job under a great deal of pressure and for this I will be eternally grateful. Ben then returned the following Wednesday and completed the remaining repairs to a very high standard indeed. I wholeheartedly recommend Looe Roofing Experts to everyone in need of roofing work carried out to a professional standard and also provide excellent customer service.

Ben was great. Quick process, came out, quoted (reasonable price), came out the week after and completed job. Arrived on time, completed, was really helpful when we had questions, took photos, cleaned up after themselves (which is rare in my opinion). Would note hesitate to recommend. Worked through the rain and luckily got finished just in time for the roof to get its first test in a storm. Happy customers.

We had our roof repaired this week and are very happy with the whole process. Ben came to inspect the roof when he said he would, quoted a reasonable price with different options and then returned quickly to do the work once we confirmed. Throughout he took photos and videos so I could see the progress, and completed the job quickly. We're very happy with the result and would recommend to others.

Had Ben and his team come in to look at my elderly in-laws roof as it was leaking, they completed an inspection and explained clearly what was the problem with the use of video recordings he came up with several options for a repair ranging in price, repair was completed to a high standard and in the time frame stated, his team were professional polite and friendly, cleaning up afterwards which put the in-laws at ease. Good local company would recommend to friends and family.

Looe Roofing Experts where sourced through Checkatrade and from the first meeting for a costing Ben gave an honest answer to all my questions. Once the date was agreed Ben and his team worked through the monsoon weather for almost four days. The team worked hard and kept a smile on their faces. The work was completed without trouble and cleaned the site as best as them could given the foul weather.
Ben kept me informed at every stage what was going to be delivered and when it was going to be removed. An end-to-end service.
