I was looking to re-brand my business and I came across a few posts about a designer from a fellow professional and was so impressed by the quality of the work that I decided to get in touch. Contacting Louise was the best decision I've made in a long while. She was incredibly professional from the outset, always responded promptly to my queries (which is impressive as there is a 7 hour time difference between us as I'm based in Bangkok, Thailand). In the initial consulting phase, Louise asked me a ton of questions in order to form an idea of the type of look I was going for. I was very indecisive but she took me on a journey, gently prodding and suggesting until we landed on a design and colour palette that I adore. Her professional eye expertly and subtly steered me away from a complicated and busy design to a smooth, clean, fresh logo that has maximum impact. She also coached me to see how I can build my visual brand using our chosen fonts, colour palette and figurine and I couldn't be happier! Working with Louise was a delight every step of the way.
