I have been using Lowell Financial Ltd for the last couple of years. In my honest opinion my experience with them on every occasion has been excellent.
They fully understand the difficulties that arise when customers are in debt, they ensure they fully understand the whole picture of the customer. Understand their finances, check income and expenditures, more importantly the ability to pay and help in tailoring a plan to clear debt.
The staff are excellent, listen attentively, show empathy and work with you to see what option is best for you.
Unlike other financial/debt collection companies who's goal first foremost to get payment from you, or expect customer to clear debt instantly. When all options have getting full/partial payment fails then in the end they offer limited options of paying back gradually. Many a time unrealistic payment plans, where customer will struggle to pay (but they are set up to keep the company happy and off their backs or to avoid debt account being passed to field bailiffs or debt collectors.

Compassionate and understanding. Never felt bullied or pressured in any way to make payments on a debt owed. As with other companies that tend to bully you for payments, I appreciated the emails asking if the payments were still affordable and if I had any problems, not to hesitate to contact them for help. Weird to say, but it was a pleasure to have a debt with them.

Because this credit agency is very considerate of those facing financial difficulty and it’s the first I’ve experienced a credit agency that humanizes the people they deal with and creates manageable payment plans. They have an excellent customer service team. I feel comfortable and supported managing my debt and so I’m able to navigate the website easily, view my progress clearly and make payments on time. So far no problem's and they do listen if you are having a few issues and they will try to help and if you talk to them.
Unlike some collection companies who try and make you pay even though the reason you allegedly owe this money was because I lost my wallet and someone was using my ID to apply for all sorts of stuff including an insurance claim that was being paid by someone else bank and when they stop I was the one who owed this money even though I've filed reports to authorities and several others.
No I get harassed every day for 5 months now.
Lowell are nothing like this and a pleasure to speak to.

After being with Lowell for a long time, we have never had any problems seeking help. One thing I would highly recommend to anyone else, is to keep in touch with them and if have any problems keeping up with your payments, get in contact with them. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again 👍

Absolutely amazing I had a couple of debts outstanding and after an accident I had in 2019. I was really struggling to pay this. I contacted Lowell After I received a letter, I was a little bit nervous but I feel now like a massive weight has been lifted off my shoulders. The person I spoke to today was really kind polite and empathetic to my situation and simply Set up a payment plan for me and now my debt is being paid and the amount I pay each month I can comfortably manage now. I can’t thank you enough I didn’t realise it was going to be that straightforward and easy To start resolving my debt and start paying what I had outstanding..

Had a really great experience dealing with Lowell. Due to a misunderstanding with another debt collection company I was put onto Lowell and thank god i was! Thanks to their kind and empathetic service I was able to clear my debt easily, and the man over the phone also agreed to cut half the debt (it was a small debt) in half as he understood my circumstances.
