Our daughter had her first 1-2-1 session with Lewis tonight.
We were really impressed. He put her through her paces. Great set up. Exactly what we wanted from some 1-2-1 coaching.
We highly recommend Lewis to anyone wanting to increase their child’s skills, confidence and stamina.

My ten year old has been having 121’s with Lewis for a couple of months now and he absolutely loves it! He’s learning so so much and his fitness levels have improved tremendously. Could not recommend Lewis enough ?

My 3 lads had there first session today ,they wasn’t sure what to expect or what they would be doing ,the coach made them feel very welcome had a laugh and a joke with them to start with made them feel comfortable then they started with the training ,the coach was amazing with all three of my boys fantastic fitness session/coaching, my boys can not wait to go again he is fantastic
