Working with Leah has helped me understand my own leadership style which has allowed me to lean into the skills I already have as well as work on developing some of those required. I felt like I was at a crossroad in my life and career with my daughter starting school and I wanted to start to explore what my next chapter would look like. Leah helped me discover what my personal values were and explore how I could fulfil more of these in my life.
