I've had a needle phobia for as long as I can remember. After an unsuccessful attempt at hypnotherapy at university with another therapist, I decided to try Lynne upon returning home. Instantly, I felt reassured that this experience would surpass my previous one, and I was confident that I was in the best hands.

Lynne is extremely knowledgeable and is very good at what she does. She provided me with tonnes of resources that have helped not only my phobia but also in other aspects of my life and I learnt so much from our sessions.
