We hired Matthew to produce a land registry-compliant drawing to add a loft space to our deed. His communication was clear, he produced and amended drawings at short notice and we couldn't have imagined a smoother experience. I cannot commend Matthew enough for his excellent service, absolutely professional and he made the process look extremely simple.

I hired M2 Consulting to apply on my behalf, for planning permission for a driveway. Matthew answered all of my queries promptly, no matter what time of day it was - that's dedication.

M2 Consulting charges way below some of the average fees I was quoted by architects and other companies, which were quite frankly exorbitant.

Please make the right choice by choosing M2 Consulting, and I would recommend to only ask for Matthew!

M2 consulting were a great help to me applying to my local council for retrospective planning which I needed to keep a small strip of land that was previously a public highway and change the use to domestic garden. I had no idea what to do and Matt took over for me. We actually lost that application but I have since had a successful appeal which would never have happened if it wasn't for Matt's help so I'm really grateful. Their fees are very reasonable and the service they provided was prompt and thorough.

I am immensely glad I chose M2 because my simple planning application turned out to be anything but. A virtual rabbit's warren of council requests and paperwork. Matthew was incredibly professional and patient throughout the entire process - communicating with the council and guiding me through it all. Matthew went above and beyond anything I expected and anything we had discussed at the start of the application. I cannot recommend Matthew enough. Absolutely excellent service throughout. Matthew supported us with our dropped kerb application/design on a classified Rd. It was never a certainty that we would get permission granted.
