I was cancelled on by jade two days in a row after booking lashes for an Ibiza trip.. I was cancelled half an hour before my appointment after taking time off work and on her doorstep. Then again the next day for an 8am appointment as she had a cancellation after. Never have I had such an unprofessional and disappointing experience.

I have been to Jade on a number of occasions and had the best experience! First of all the booking system is so quick and easy. Then the hospitality jade gives is amazing! She made sure i was comfortable before starting my lash treatment and overall i just had the best experience. Then the results of my lashes were outstanding! Couldn’t recommend her enough x

Jade you’re incredible! Got my first ever lash extensions by Jade and I’ve not stopped getting them done by her! Always give me a confidence boost when I get them done and they just look so pretty and natural. Would recommend Jade to all my friends!!
