Kim dealt with our sale and purchase of our new house, from start to finish Kim was very professional and efficient. We were kept updated through every stage of the process which made the experience very stress free. Nothing was too much of a bother for Kim, she is very approachable and friendly. The office is very central and easily accessible with parking which is helpful. We would highly recommend Kim and Mailers and would happily to use them in the future.

We have recently worked with Mailers to settle my late mother's estate and sell her property. This is the first time I have been an executor for an estate and ,as Mailers held my mother's will it seemed sensible to use them to assist me. I have been very happy with the help and service received. From the first meeting with Kim Graham the whole process has been a partnership. Good explanations were given of the whole process and we have been kept updated throughout. In fact, communication in particular has been excellent, phone calls and emails have been very prompt which is so important in these situations. We are delighted with the service received from this company and would not hesitate to use Mailers again in the future.

We used Kim at Mailers for our recent purchase. Coming from England we were clueless about the Scottish purchasing system. Kim was incredibly patient with us and always on hand to talk things through, even when she was really busy. She was always helpful, professional and proactive and left us in good hands with Lesley whilst on annual leave. We won't hesitate to use Mailers and Kim again, or to recommend them to others!

Went here to make a new will and power of attorney, we were made to feel very welcome with Lesley and all the other ladies in the office. The cost of will and LPO (lasting power of attorney) costs are very competitive. We went to their office in BofA as there's no stairs to climb and plenty parking at the rear of the building which is perfect for us with limited abilities. I'd definitely give them a wee call if this is something you've been thinking about even just to compare costs as I say they're very competitive.

Avoid at all costs, the service here is dreadful. Used these solicitors to deal with my fathers estate and not once have I felt like I had any idea what was going on (despite asking multiple times for a breakdown in steps).

I'm now 9 months in and still no end in sight. I even had the excuse of an email went into junk. Ok but it was there for over a month and nothing was ever chased up!!

Please do yourself a favour and steer clear.
