We were not looking forward to the sale/buying experience but the reality vastly exceeded our expectations. Preparation for going to market was a lot more straightforward than expected with Home Report and photographs etc sorted with a minimum of fuss. We had viewings booked more or less as soon as the sale went live (Friday) and we hosted the first two viewings on day 2 (Sunday) with others booked to follow. The first viewer submitted an offer on Day 3 (Monday) and we held on to consider. An increased offer was received on day 5 which we accepted and we cancelled further viewings. Thereafter all went smoothly with the only issue being the completion of our new build purchase which resulted in a later (for our buyers) than hoped for completion date. Happily it all came together on the day. Throughly recommend Maloco and their team.
