Manners Pimblett conveyancing was a complete waste of time with poor service throughout. The member of the conveyancing team who assisted me:
- Took over a week off without notifying me.
- Misread multiple statements, causing delays and unnecessary email back-and-forth.
- After 4 weeks of zero progress on their end, said they could not act on my behalf due to a single Coinbase deposit in my bank account which was just 2% of my source of funds, even with statements of past Coinbase transactions.
- Told the estate agent of the above before letting me know, and denied all alternate funding options without hesitation.
- Did not provide me with any essential property information over the 4 week period, which I repeatedly asked for.

Manners Pimblett did get in touch to let me know they have changed their procedures on cryptocurrency to prevent this happening again, but that does not change the fact they wasted 4 weeks of everyone's time and made other mistakes along the way, which they did not address.

After switching to a different solicitor, more progress was made in the first week than during my 4 weeks with Manners Pimblett. The new solicitor had no issue checking the small Coinbase transaction.

We had used Manners Pimblett for help with two family wills in recent years and received excellent service from Noreen and her staff so when it came to selling our flat we naturally turned to them. We had a quote from a solicitor nearer to us, but Manners offered a better price.

We started with Rachel and were moved on to Liz Tappin, both of whom were excellent , both in the job they did, their skills and their communication keeping us informed at every stage. And there were a lot of stages. Liz in particular had the patience of a Saint in dealing with the most awkward , picky solicitor representing our buyer.

we have already recommended them to another , who I know are doing a good job there.

If you need a lawyer who goes the extra mile I don't think you will find better than Manners Pimblett

We used Manners Pimblett solicitors as they were the ones holding our late Mums will and EPA. Our first contact was with Noreen regarding registering the EPA, and accessing Mums will. During what was an upsetting and stressful period, not helped by the fact we lived some distance away, Noreen was very helpful and made the process much easier to understand and deal with. Based on this experience we returned to Manners Pimblett when we were selling the family home. Greg was our solicitor for the process and went out of his way to explain everything clearly and maintained contact throughout. We were very happy with the service we received throughout and felt the costs were very reasonable.
